CELL FACTORY are manufactured using USP VI medical-grade polystyrene in dedicated Class 10,000 cleanrooms. They employ safe and mature production processes and quality control techniques, with qualified and complete material certificates and validation documents. Their physical properties, chemical compatibility, extractables, and biological safety all comply with the stringent requirements of biopharmaceuticals according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, ISO, and USP standards.

Product Applications:

• Vaccine Industry: COVID-19 vaccines, oral inactivated poliovirus vaccines, lyophilized live attenuated hepatitis A vaccines, etc.
• Cell and Gene Therapy: Viral vector systems including adenovirus, adeno-associated virus, and lentivirus, as well as VERO, MDCK, HEK293 cells, to harvest high-purity, high-titer viral particles.
• Stem Cell Field: Process scale-up of hematopoietic progenitor cells (HPC), mesenchymal progenitor cells (haMPC), lung stem cells, and other mesenchymal and pluripotent stem cells.
