Overview

The IGT® Fast Library Prep Kit v2.0 is a rapid library construction kit for fragmented dsDNA. It offers a fast and user-friendly alternative to a quick 16S NGS library prep kit, especially for applications based on A-T ligation, with a simple workflow and suitable input range from 1 ng to 500 ng.

The repeatability test results using the IGT® Fast Library Prep Kit v2.0 showed that the mutation rates detected (VAF ≥ 0.5%) has a superior consistency, indicating the kit is able to achieve accurate and reliable results.

High Accuracy for Low-Frequency Mutation Detection

With UMI-UDI adapters, the IGT® Fast Library Prep Kit v2.0 can effectively be used for low-frequency mutation tests.Tests using reference standard with known 8 mutations with VAF of 0.5% showed that all 8 mutations were successfully detected with highly accurate VAFs.
