Performance Highlights

Tunable Insert Size
The IGT® Enzyme Plus Library Prep Kit V3 is capable to generate desired library inset size by simply varying the enzymatic fragmentation time according to different requirements. The library yield is stable and sufficient for subsequent experiments.

Tolerance to EDTA
The IGT® Enzyme Plus Library Prep Kit V3 could tolerate EDTA with final concentration of 0.2 mM, which will have limited influence on enzymatic fragmentation. For higher EDTA concentration, we provide Enhancer Buffer E v3 for neutralization and you may use it according to the protocol instruction.

Lower Artifact Rate
The IGT® Enzyme Plus Library Prep Kit V3 could have a lower artifact rate compared to other commercial available products, which significantly preserve the sequencing efficiency and accuracy.

Accurate Detection of Mutations
According to the analysis of detected mutations of NA12878 reference standard samples, the results were highly consistent among repetitions of library construction using IGT® Enzyme Plus Library Prep Kit V3, indicating its high accuracy.

Note: library preparation was performed by using NA12878 reference standard samples with T600V1 probe for target capture. Sequencing was performed on NovaSeq 6000 with PE150. The average sequencing depth for analysis is 139X. By using GATK, the mutations detection consistency were analyzed between the captured targeted regions and database.
Excellent Performance for Target Enrichment
The IGT® Enzyme Plus Library Prep Kit V3 can be used with hybridization-based capture workflow. The tests with TargetSeq® panels of different panel sizes showed excellent performance in capture rate, coverage rate and uniformity.
